It's time for SALE-A-BRATION!

Right now, Stampin' Up! has its biggest event of the year going on -- Sale-a-bration! For every $50 of product you buy, you earn a free stamp set from the Sale-a-bration selections (which includes the Sale-a-bration catalog and some of the A La Carte stamps and smaller stamp sets from the Idea Book & Catalog). You just can't beat free product!

Also, now is a great time to host a workshop! If you host a qualifying ($300) workshop, you earn Sale-a-bration sets on top of your hostess benefits.

Ever thought about becoming a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator? Now is the best time to join! Not only will you get to share the products and techniques you love, but if you join Stampin' Up!'s team during Sale-a-Bration you'll get 15% off your starter kit plus a FREE bonus bundle! You just can't beat that!

Send me an email or leave a comment here if you're interested in more details. You can also check out more about the promotion here at my Demonstrator site. Sale-a-Bration really is one of the best things Stampin' Up! does throughout the year -- it's almost addicting! (But in a good way, I promise.)

Happy Bird-day Mini-Card

A birthday card I CASEd ("create and share everything") from an example I found on a Stampin' Up! forum.

Christmas Cards!

Here are some of the Christmas card ideas I've come up with this week. I'm planning on having a Christmas Stamp-A-Stack sometime soon. We'll make a whole stack of cute handmade Christmas cards to wow your friends and family this holiday season.

Workshop Recap

So now that I've officially hosted my first workshop, I figured it was time to do a little reflecting. My "Short & Sweet" workshop went pretty well, overall. The guests (few though they were) enjoyed the projects and loved the fun products in the new catalogs! I had guests make a 3x3" Thank You card with the "For All You Do" set, and they turned out so cute! I loved seeing the different variations they came up with. Maybe it was because it was a small group, but they finished the cards really fast! Or maybe they're all just super-creative people who get things done. I'm trying to think of new projects to have as Make-and-Takes - I don't want my guests to get bored with the projects.

Overall, I think my first workshop was a success! I'm still looking forward to having another one in a few weeks, but haven't found a hostess - yet. There are some girls that shouldn't need too much convincing for them to have a chance to earn free Stampin' Up! product! And besides, it's an awesome girls'-night-in idea.

Thanks to everyone who came!

Thank-you tag stamped with the "For Everything" stamp set. (I have it in the clear-mount option and I LOVE it!) Pacific Point and Pumpkin Pie inks on Whisper White cardstock.
I used this one as a small make-and-take project for my first Workshop. Simple to make, but it shows some great features of Stampin' Up! products.
